Eighteen months ago, specialist Manchester-based personal injury lawyers, Horwich Cohen Coghlan Solicitors started a process to assess the viability of a mobile application to enhance their communication with clients and bring efficiencies into their business model.
After an extensive and rigorous assessment, HCC chose to partner with Lavatech Ltd and bring the inCase Personal Injury Mobile App platform to their clients.
Partner, Brian Coghlan said, “Right from the first time I saw inCase I was impressed with its potential to enhance the client experience, and to bring improved efficiency and ease of operation to our staff.. However we were keen to ensure that the integration with our existing case management system would bring internal efficiencies worthy of the investment, andwe also wanted to ensure security of data as well as strength of the product. During the time we have been considering inCase, we have seen the product develop and evolve to the point where we felt it was right to bring this technology in, and Lavatech Ltd have demonstrated to us that they continue to invest in the app.”
Sucheet Amin, Managing Director and Founder of the inCase brand said, “HCC are one of the largest and most respected personal injury practice in the North West. We knew that their standards are high and it was important that we demonstrated we could deliver what they needed for inCase to be a success. Our team are very proud to have HCC as a client, and we are looking forward to a long and successful relationship with them.”
inCase is the market leading communication app for the legal sector offering a range of apps to law firms looking to bring mobile technology to their client offering.
