We caught up with Dolores to see how the app is making a difference to Tayntons Solicitors:
“Since we started using the app for conveyancing, client onboarding has been so much quicker. After the quote has been accepted the client usually wants to download the app straight away (sometimes before we have even had a chance to open the file).
We are able to open our files quicker and easier. The initial batch of letters and documents are sent to the client via the app which means that the client can start to complete these straight away. The forms and documents are returned to us as soon as they are signed, sometimes within the day. With links within our documents to our website, the client can pay money on account and get the transaction moving straight away.
Our clients particularly like the “To Do” list and the ID/AML checking facility is great as the client can do all this from the comfort of their own home without having to download any additional apps”.
